It has been truly heartwarming to see our beneficiary community continue to grow following the recent movie outing we organised.
Through spending time together, we realised that many of them are not just beneficiaries. They are elderly residents living alone, individuals facing daily challenges, and neighbours who simply need a little extra care, companionship, and support.
Beyond distributing vouchers and groceries, we take time to sit down, listen to their stories, understand their struggles, and find ways to support them with dignity and compassion. Sometimes, the greatest gift we can offer is simply being there.
Today, more than 450 meal vouchers have been redeemed through our network of supporting hawkers, with the numbers continuing to grow each month. Together with over $600 worth of monthly grocery support, our beneficiaries are currently receiving close to $2,200 worth of essential assistance every month.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our long-term partner, Sg Migrant Volunteers, for their unwavering support and dedication on the ground. We are equally grateful to every member of the TSB Board and volunteer team, who continue to step forward and serve our community with love and commitment.
As many of our outreach programmes are currently sustained through our reserves, we hope to receive greater support from the public so that we can continue this meaningful journey and reach even more people in need.
Every donation, no matter the amount, helps us provide meals, groceries, companionship, and hope to those who need it most.
