84 bottles of cooking oil.
Medical supplies worth over THB 9,000.
A month’s supply of diapers.
50 mosquito nets.
These were just some of the essentials we delivered to support the children and the school.
Along with these necessities, we brought something that may seem ordinary to many of us, but felt almost out of reach for the children—a special meal of KFC, drinks, and everyone’s favourite treat… ice cream. 🍗🍦
After lunch, we spent the rest of the day playing games, laughing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. As the time came for us to leave, the children held onto us tightly and told us how much they loved everything we had prepared for them.
It was then that we learnt something that touched every one of our hearts.
The school shared that it had been a very long time since anyone had made a promise to return—and actually kept that promise.
More importantly, it had been even longer since visitors stayed the whole day with the children, sharing meals, playing games, laughing together, and simply being present, instead of dropping off donations and leaving.
It reminded us that sometimes, the greatest gift isn’t what we bring.
It’s the time we give.
It’s amazing how something so simple to us can leave such a lasting impact on a child’s heart.
Before we left, we made them another promise—that we would return again next year.
Hopefully with even more volunteers, even more love, and even more time to spend with them.
With that promise, we officially conclude our Thailand Charity Mission 2026.
This journey was never just about delivering supplies.
It was about carrying kindness across borders.
It was about showing these children that they are remembered, valued, and loved.
As Singaporeans, we are proud that our team travelled more than 3,150 kilometres to reach these children—not only bringing resources, but also sharing love, hope, compassion, and friendship.
Every meal shared.
Every game played.
Every smile created.
Every hug exchanged.
These are the moments that remind us why we started this journey.
