Today, we stepped away from our usual distributions and created something equally meaningful.
Together with Sian Chay, 5 members of TSB Charity Association accompanied 33 elderly residents from our Bedok beneficiary group on a special movie outing at VivoCity. 🎬🍿
It wasn’t the easiest event to organise, but every effort was worth it.
Watching our elderly beneficiaries laugh, chat, and enjoy a day out together reminded us that community care goes beyond food and essentials. Sometimes, what matters most is companionship, inclusion, and the opportunity to create happy memories.
For many of us, a trip to the movies is something simple. For some of our elderly beneficiaries, however, it is a rare opportunity to get out, connect with others, and enjoy a carefree afternoon.
Their smiles throughout the day were priceless and a beautiful reminder that kindness comes in many forms.
A big thank you to everyone who made this outing possible. We hope this will be the first of many meaningful experiences we can create together for our elderly community. 💕
